Charge point maintenance

Charge Your Car operate a helpdesk for drivers to report any problems. Where possible, Charge Your Car will repair the problem remotely, however if a post has been damaged or needs technical support, the charge point owner or nominated maintenance provider will be informed.

In order to keep the network running smoothly, Charge Your Car request that charge point owners have 24 hour maintenance support in place so that faults can be responded to immediately. By ensuring that charge points are maintained in good working order revenues are maximised and user satisfaction of the network remains high.
